been quietly and sensibly dieting for the last 3 months ....treating it like an alcoholic treats drink addiction by taking just one day at a time and OMG i have lost 10 whole per cent of my body weight ......ive always been very OK with the way I look but realised as Im getting older I had to shift some weight for my contuinued good health .. and I have ....im going for the 20 per cent now but as soon as my face starts suffering Im gonna stop !  |

Ha ha i dont want it back.... I put on my "no way are they ever going to fit me "trousers today and they are even a bit baggy round the bum !!! |

that is quite a bit to lose and shows determination.
thats a credit to you and your will to succeed.
and it is you how sets the goals and sets out to achieve them.
so only you know how far to take things and of course if it makes you feel good and look even better then do it.
