Well, following on from Woodys Summer v Winter thread I think these two were quite frankly robbed in the semi-finals and this would have been a worthy final.

But due to a couple of dodgy refereeing decisions a third place playoff it is:

Once more, which is your fave, and why?

Spring, it's not too hot and not too cold, and everything is coming back to life after winter

Oooh, tricky.

I love autumn, the scents, the colours, the storms. Misty mornings, first frosts, carpets of leaves etc.

Having said that, I have to agree with Robin Hood, or at least the poem written about him, that the merriest month of all the year is the merry month of May. Spring is longer evenings, bluebells, wild garlic, birdsong, the end of mud everywhere and a green haze spreading through every hedgerow.

I'm gonna have to say spring.

Is this for 3rd and 4th place?

Spring. Absolutely

The flowers are popping up. It’s the crisp dry mornings. The birds are chirping away bringing sounds of happiness along. Nature begins to stir and wake up with me.

Well yes. Exactly what I was going to say!

Spring also starts to see lower cut tops on the ladies which is a bonus, however Autumn evenings can start to see little woollen bobble hats on ladies which always look cute too!

But Spring wins for me by a whisker, particularly as you get the little lambs and ducklings etc too!

Spring is beautiful and it's lovely to see new life popping up and everything turning green.

But in autumn the kids go back to school after a looong 6 weeks.

Autumn wins
