Team building events are mostly shite and don’t really help to build teams. At least that was my experience of corporate life. Thank fuck I don’t work for a big corporate any more. |

That's my experience of them too
I've been trying to get them to do that bubble football, purely so I can get paid for body slamming some of my knobhead colleagues while imagining that I'm actually throat punching them |

The only team building exercises I've ever done were on leadership courses. They were alright |
