"Night shift worker for years. Unless I’m off for longer then 4 days. Still in night owl mode!
I did night shifts for years. I feel your pain. "
One good thing thing about it. Enjoyed a lot of very late night adventures if you know what I mean |

"At work just on my break..... me too.. just had my dinner x
What did you have?" spaghetti bolognaise with a salad. My work colleague cooked it for us as it was her night to cook. We also have a big fruit salad that I threw together and the third member got us all iced tea |

I was In St Andrews on back shift. 6pm till 2am. Just got in at 4 there. Contemplating to have to eat. Chicken and rice as its technically my dinner time or toast and pate because it's easy. Decisions Decisions.. |

"How do people work out at this time??
I'm just about managing to drink coffee. "
It’s a habit I’ve grown to love. I lose motivation later in the day and find excuses not to exercise in the afternoons/evenings.
Once I start, the adrenaline keeps me going ‘til I’m done.
Big plus for me is no other people in the gym. No need for me to have to ignore those who try to ‘socialise’ with me while I’m in there. |

Always wake up at first light be it Summer or Winter.
All my working life involved early morning starts and that habit has followed me into retirement. |

I wake around 5 every morning at the moment, I know that’s early for some and late to be called stupid’o’ckock.
I normal wake up with horny thoughts and a stiff one between my legs, and then there’s no nodding back off is there |

"Cramp appeared in my calf, tried to shake it off but alas had to get up while looking like an idiot stepping on imaginary lego bricks. "
Don’t know what’s worse the thought of cramp or the thought of stepping on a Lego brick ouch x |

A mix of day days/nights/nights/days over 15 years has totally destroyed my body clock.
Was up at 3.30 today and couldn't get off - so went for a short run early doors. That's me fucked for the day now. |
