Does anyone use this to help them sleep?

It sounds a lot like a waterfall so I can see why it works.

Although it also has a similar sound to a car without the radio on. So falling asleep at the wheel is not a good idea.

Heanor

No if I can't sleep I'll put some music on low, close my eyes and just listen.

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

I've tried many noise types to help me sleep in high winds.

They just annoy me in the middle of the night when they wake me up again.

Isn't brown noise the one that makes you poop?

I use different playlists that are tailored to different moods if I can't sleep

Yesssss I use this all the time. Not to sleep but to block out noise when trying to concentrate.
