It’s existed forever, it checks if there have been too many logins from your IP range and other reasons, I’m sure you’d rather type in a few letters than have a stranger message your dick pics to your Facebook contacts

It does it to me sometimes when I log in using a VPN. Maybe it’s that?

I get it if I log in too many times.

I fail most "are you a human" tests online.
