Can anyone wake me up better than the coffee that doesn’t seem to be working this morning?

What’s your wake up call advice? Glass of water? A quick stretch? Do you knock one off?

I’m going to try fresh air in a minute or I’ll nod back off.

I would say a decent shower, hot or cold, the kind which shocks the sense and then settles them

I find picking up dead animals that the cat has brought in overnight helps! Especially if there are some tiny guts and a bit of blood too!

anyone who takes any type of shower first thing in the morning needs to be put in some kind of watch from the FBI. I don’t trust them.

I take b12 to keep me from falling asleep and energy drinks if that's not working I've not had my 4 hours sleep.

Honestly stroll out into your back garden and take in the morning light for 5 minutes or so

I find that still always help.

If you don't have a back garden then the porch or even just stick your head out the window and breathe.
