Been on here about a year now and wondering if anyone actually gets a meet!
Decided to clear out all my old sent messages (just been lazy)
about 90% of them not even read and deleted
7% read then deleted
2% Not my Type (your ugly i assume is the subtext)
1% answered then just disappeared
about 1% answred and chat with every now and then.
is this normal? |

Probably the fact that you bareback putting people off. First thing we check. But no doubt now that I have pointed it out you will add 'safe sex'. They all do that. |

In short, the "is it normal?" question is answered with a 'Yes'. It IS normal for single males to have their mail unread and deleted or read and ignored. The ratio of men:women or men:couples seeking men is so high that the people you are looking for literally can pick and choose, they dont have to do the chasing.
This site does work though, less than two weeks on the site and I met someone the other day with a plan for a further meeting next week. So it does work. Be selective about who you mail, make sure there are similarities in what you are looking for and dont just message anyone and everyone just to get that elusive shag. It can stand out a mile if you do.

It's normal for single men to find it hard and often not get replies.
But you are a single man that can accommodate, a big plus point and you should be able to capitalise on that.Your profile is pretty bland though. How much effort do you put in to your messages? |

Depend what kind of mail you do send? I've had great success with my mails so no complaints here. Of course I'm not going to tell you my secret and some do get deleted with out reply so you're not completely alone.
Think about what your sending. Your photos and your profile, if all 3 are good you should be (a little) more successful

This site is full of men you have to have something that makes you stand out, i think the fact you put in your profile that your face pix scare people won't really help you. And that you have been here a year but your profile still says your just out of a relationship will do you no favours, have you tried updating it? Also changing your pix could help, there not doing anything for you either.
Just rework your profile it may help. |
