No....next one was Madonna at 17 and then Nelson Mandela's 70th Birthday concert at 18. Both also in Wembley.
Then I began going to 'proper' concerts thereafter. |

Classical music is my favourite genre, and am hoping to get to the Proms this year. |

I wasn’t into mainstream music when I was younger so it was mostly raves and nightclubs to see DJ’s.
My first real concert was Red Hot Chili Peppers when I was about 24. |

I was there, was 25 and working as a steward though.
One of the guys in front of the stage.....remember the hoses
Was deaf for hours!!
First was Derek and the Domino's, Fairfield Halls, Croydon 1970. Was 11 at the time!! |
