I dreamt of some evil ghost in my house, ended up with it filling up with black smoke.
It was a tad freaky not gonna lie.
Deeper meaning or do I just need to lay off the scary films? |

I dreamt of getting tired and walking to a bedroom, opening the door to find a beautiful woman lying wrapped a big fluffy white duvet. And she smiled at me, pulled back the covers and I could see she was already naked. there was soft quite music playing. And then she spoke. …..‘You didn’t put the bins out!’ … and that’s where it ended. |

OP, do you feel fatigued often?
I was chatting to a friend on a related topic yesterday, regarding psychotherapy her son is receiving. The psychotherapist was explaining that there are 2 main stage of sleep. REM sleep and the other one - not sure the name, but it’s deep sleep.
REM - a lighter sleep state where your brain is dumping emotions and “evacuating” memories and thoughts.
Deep sleep - less dreaming in this state, this is where your body physically regenerates.
Apparently should be a 40/60 split - but if you’re suffering anxiety or stress (have a lot going on) your brain will keep you in REM sleep for longer, meaning you’re body isn’t getting the restorative sleep it needs.
If you remember lots of your dreams, it could be a sign you’re being kept in REM, perhaps due to underlying stress related issues.
Or maybe you just ate loads of cheese.

Years ago I keep have the same dream every couple off weeks so started to dig around and found a psychiatrist page that you type keep words in from your dream and it’s meant to give you the meaning to them not shour how legitimate it is just thought I would post it |

I had a dream recently where I was a songwriter, helping out a local school production.
In the dream, I wrote 3 songs and was explaining the structure and changes in technical terms as I went along. And the songs themselves were pretty good.
I have never written music in my life and had never heard the technical terms I was using, so they were probably bullshit. But in the dream I had periods where I was on the outside looking in and thought wow, these songs are really good. |

Could mean anything, but I'd still arm myself with iron and make a salt circle just in case and if you're feeling brave, find out who the ghost is, find the body and burn the bones  |
