How is this a thing? Does anyone truly enjoy this hellspawn?

I have really tried to like it but all it does is make me gag

La la land

I don't but I have been known to add chia seeds to my overnight oats because it helps thicken it up. Takes ok to me

I can only cope with it if I whizz it up in a blender first.

Ooh I love them in overnight oats. I haven't tried them in other things yet but am willing to give it a try.

Apparently they are great for menopause symptoms so I will give anything a try. And yes before anyone suggests it Mr NBVN also believes he has something that will help too

I use them anywhere I would use seeds, and I've added them to seed mix for adding on top of Greek yougurt. X

Now I am not a chef extraordinaire so where or what are you casually adding seeds to?

Yes that was the first one I tried, it was a ready made choc chia seed pudding pot. Flavour was okay but the texture made me retch.
