Not being a Saffa, this was new to me a few years ago but I bloody love it. Especially if you go to a proper SA shop - literally melts in the mouth and so tasty.
Don’t get me started on beef jerkey though - like chewing a belt!

I find biltong doesn’t last too good so best eaten soon after purchase or it also becomes chewy . |

Definitely Yay, fantastic baked into bread with cheese, thrown on pizza, added into a trail mix
Snap stix are my absolute new favourite as the sliced biltong doesn’t last long in my house |
