I do this about 2 times per week only eat at tea time usually steak or chicken strips or spag bol lasted til 9pm last night was tempted to blob but was too hungry but not starving |

Not OMAD but I often eat between 12 noon and 6pm only. I don't fuss over what I'm eating too much though tbh....can't be arsed counting calories or macros. Typical day I'll have eggs & a wholemeal pitta around lunchtime, dinner could be veggie chilli + rice + other veg, or salmon/mackerel + salad + baby potatoes.
