Considering the cost of fuel might going back to horse and carts be cheaper and better for the environment?

I realise vet bills could be huge and feed not so cheap. What else to consider?

I’m looking at an electric scooter to get around, if it’s good enough for Lewis Hamilton then it’s good enough for me

The cost of buying the horse and cart. Building or renting a stable. Horse shoes.

Feed, stabling, shoeing, harnesses and saddles.

Carts require maintenance and insuring.

and time, horses are rather labour intensive and time consuming.

Just cancel all your subscriptions

Give up drinking and smoking

So surprising how much all this adds up

And do we really need to drive as much as we do ?

Except that privately owned ones aren't legal to use on the road or pavement at the moment.

And are the police doing anything about it?

Nope literally thousands of them on the roads far more of a hazard than all these cyclist's that people are complaining about all the time.

Scooters are a fucking menace should be banned privately owned or otherwise.
