"I have my vinyl and my cassettes so I’d probs be fine but where would I annoy men?
In person lmao"
But then I’d actually have to leave the house, and unfortunately that’s too much for me |

Where women always annoy men.
Feckin everywhere. "
It’s a good thing this doesn’t apply to me seeing as I’m not a woman |

The world would grind to a stop
Everyone thinks they be ok aren’t looking at the big pitcher
The world runs on the net everything from banks to your local shop
The cash point in your local shop is connected to the internet
If you haven’t got cash stuff underneath the mattress then no cash
Your card pay at the shop is done though the net

"Wank over magazines found in bushes like the good old days."
'And here, we have, some wild porn......living free undee this motorway bridge, waiting for the next time it will be appreciated. Torn, and stuck together, it waits patiently on the moist ground knowing, that some wayward traveller, will happen across it, fulfilling its destiny, once again'

I bet you would have a lot more success than trying to find a playmate on here |

"Personally I think the internet is up there with one of the greatest inventions ever
That's very interesting to know , thanks for sharing. But what would you do if it was gone . we’ll for one I’d of missed a very dear friends funeral in Australia when covid hit we could watch it on Skype which was better than nothing and why the rolling eye emoji? I’m not comparing the web to the jet engine or penicillin but for some the internet has changed peoples life’s "
Still don't know what you'd do if it's gone.
I'm just playing with you bud. It's just meant as a fun thread you don't need to take the rolling eyes so seriously either , again just winding you up. I'm sorry to hear of your friend in Australia.

Meet people from contact mags.
Like most things in life, the more difficult it is to achieve, the better the outcome.
I'd love a 3 month span without Internet.
Be a bit embarrassing having to put back all your shopping as card won't work, but would we all end up wandering the streets looking to show strangers a photograph of your rhubard crumble and custard.

Struggle to buy food (or anything) worry for the safety of my family and myself as the whole of our supply chain would effectively crash and much of the developed world would suddenly experience life as the world's poorest do without a single clue how to cope.

Not for long. Any large organisation has business continuity / contingency plans for such things. Although I agree many individuals would struggle to cope without internet access. |

"Function fine & everyone else would live life to the full not by screen "
Yes, I'd adjust and be happier I think.
I think our phones steal so much precious time from us...
But anyway

No large organisation has contingencies for the entire globe suddenly losing all internet services. They may have plans for local or company wide outages but they cannot make plans for their suppliers/customers as they don't control them. Also, their plans would include the use of alternative internet providers I'm sure that given time it would recover but the widespread chaos would be huge. Many companies use VOIP so would effectively loose all communication. Even if they were able to coble something together over a few days this would see supermarkets empty. The public would catch on pretty fast and the panic buying alone would see chaos - you only need to look n at the toilet roll fiasco last year to see that.
Today's economy simply cannot cope without internet, vast amounts of data is transfered automatically that would ask cease, payments wouldn't work, invoicing systems, ordering systems, distribution etc etc. It would be a world wide humanitarian disaster.
