I was feeling really crap, lots of symptoms that were getting me worried and I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol about 18 months ago. I wasn’t active at the time and felt so shit that sex wasn’t really high on my priority list anyway. I didn’t want to have to take meds for it so just adjusted my diet accordingly and keep off the red meats, cheeses and higher fat dairy, salt, sweet and savoury snacks, most alcohol etc, and that keeps it under control and all the symptoms have pretty much disappeared. |

Thanks for the replies
My cholesterol is fine, I eat healthy, very rarely have a drink these days, did a full year off last year, don't smoke.
Only been on medication for a couple of weeks, due for a chat with doc next week.

Don't be shy and not mention about erectile issues, he may be able to alter your medication. |

Yep. A common side effect of blood pressure meds is Erectile Dysfunction due to how it affects your blood flow.
Speak with your Dr and see what he says. |
