Hugs, mine died just before COVID kicked off - did mean I wasn't able to visit my dad for over two years though. It's been a thoroughly shit couple of years and I feel for you op

I suspect the eyes were because you're attempting to use sympathy from others as a means of getting an NSA chat.

Maybe it's just me but the "I'm sad my mother died, please distract me with talk of attachment-free sexual activities" is a bit strange.
