Like almost anything it can cause issues. Addiction being one of them and also unrealistic expectations. You can also go down the rabbit hole of disturbing images very quickly.

Depends on how it’s used. Like Cat says^ it can cause issues.
Use it for enjoyment, not as a crutch. And use it and recognise it is for entertainment. And also if you can, try and be ethical.   |

It is handy as a mental stimulant when you need a wank. It is not bad in itself but some of the extreme porn that involves serious abuse of women can trigger unhealthy desires in some guys.
It also creates, for the inexperienced and impressional guy, an unreasonable expectation of the woman's response to a man's sexual advances. So it is not totally harmless. |
