The biggest issue was that typewriter ribbon from 1948. I'll go back in time and buy them a new one! The questions were all about cesspools and rights of way for a horse and stuff |

They sent a list of 23 questions for me (an Executor) to answer, based on the (highly repetitive) content of 4 deeds and covenants spanning from the 1940s to 1970-something. Aside the fact that the typewriter used in 1948 needed the ribbon replacing, I'm not a property language expert. Took fookin' ages to read everything and reply!
Not going to lie, I’m impressed you were even able to!
The biggest issue was that typewriter ribbon from 1948. I'll go back in time and buy them a new one! The questions were all about cesspools and rights of way for a horse and stuff "
