I assume in couples they both use the profile and it’s difficult to keep up with who you’re talking to sometimes if they don’t sign off messages lol.

It’s a 50/50 even split for us, The people we message often usually know by our writing style or we will sign of with who it is .
We have messages like this also and I find it extremely disrespectful when someone ignores the fact I have a husband and totally leaves him out of messages it’s a total turn off for me.
Even when my husband messages someone he would never be so ignorant and disrespectful which makes me think the majority of so called couples that message us like this are single men. |

We often get messages addressed to either one (mainly C but when I post a pic of me, then I get some addressed directly to me).
It doesn’t bother us but it’ll get deleted if it’s a ‘I would love to bone you or can I meet you only’ type message anyway.
We’ll always address both if messaging a couple but if there’s only pics of Mrs and we write to them, then we’ll say ‘Mrs looks hot, would love to see if Mr looks good too’
I mainly open the messages as C was a single on here so has done her time of responding to hundreds of messages. I know her type and she can see every message, I just delete the absolute no’s, cock only pics, one liners, FaF types.

95% of any conversations I've had on here in 5 years with couples has been with the woman.
Most of those have contacted me rather than the other way around so I'm not sure if that's why it has been that way.
The other 5% have never gone beyond the first message because of their demands and I've always assumed those were from the male half. |

In my past life, very roughly 1/3 of couples I chatted to were ran solely by the female half, another third mainly, and the rest a mix of the guy or a 50:50 mix.
Almost all had profiles that were *way* over 50:50 female:male content, and I think that's fairly common, not just showing my personal preferences.
But even where the woman mainly rules the inbox, they still (rightly) got annoyed by the assumption that you were talking to either the man or woman, even when you forgot to address both (as I have done) but got it right anyway. |

Some profiles do say which of them is mostly looking and responding etc which is great, what always cracks me up though is if I ever look at posts about tributes, the responses always seem to be from the husbands wanting to see guys coming over their wife’s pics and hardly ever the woman saying it’s something she would want, so….  |

You'd think so looking at the pictures on couples profiles...it's like playing Where's Wally searching for a picture of the man on the vast majority, if you discount the odd disembodied or half inserted penis that is. I'm certainly not going to respond if I can't see both people, and it's possibly something to do with men directing messages to just the lady, if that's all they can see they may surmise that it's only her that meets. |

Not here. It's 99% me dicking around in the forums but when we were meeting I left it to Fox to make most of the decisions, deal with messages and go browsing for fun.
But it's an interesting point you make, given that a high percentage of singles will address messages to the female half in couples too.

Mr NBVN uses our couples profile for the forums, whereas I use this profile more.
When it comes to the use of the couples profile away from the forums then all responses to messages are often discussed with each other first before replying unless it's an obvious no thank you reply. Quite often I leave Mr NBVN send the reply to messages much to his disappointment and my amusement.
I log into our couples profile frequently throughout the day/evening.
I would like to hope that our couples profile shows Mr NBVN as much as it shows me, at the end of the day we are a couple and people should see both of us.

I normally run the account (husband) as wife gets bored with it ,especially as so many fakes on fab , she likes the excitement of actual meets at the club we use and parties , I like the site as have a lot of time on my hands , And to keep in touch with people we have met and the social side of chatting with like minded people |

The reason you could be getting messages like that is your images are very female heavy, I only got through the first 15-20 but I think there was only one of the Mr & I find many couples profiles are like that, likes it's a female that sell the couple, well yes that may impress my husband but I'm often left with no idea what the male half looks like |

I find you can usually tell by the nature and tone of a message who in the couple is replying. When I message couples, I find it’s usually the male half behind the profile. Says he will ask his partner what she thinks of my profile then boom, you never hear from him again…
As a single man, if I were to meet a couple from here I’d request to have a conversation with both parties via phone or video call so I know it’s actually a couples profile regardless of who runs the profile. |

I tend to mainly run ours (Mrs) as hubby just hasn’t got the time. I think the content in our messages shows they are written by me but I always sign off either H or H&A depending on whether we are together at the time.
We always have a Fab catch up each evening so he can see what’s been happening and can add his input. It works well for us  |

We both use our couple profile ,
We have lots of pics of us both and aren't looking for men ,so we use filters to stop them messaging.
I do get why some men address the lady only,when there's pages and pages of her and none of the male.
I sometimes struggle to work out if they're a couple or not .
I use forum more ,where jack will fab pics and if he sees a profile he likes,he will show me it .
We always sign off with who it is speaking though. |

We both access the messages and agree on a combined response. Day to day H (male) keeps an eye on things and sends pics as requested. We don’t have any public ones except the avatar. K is currently finishing at university but hands in next week so will then become more active. We’re planning a mini UK tour to celebrate and meet some of you further flung people.
So far it does seem to be mainly the male half of couples that contacts us and we find, like many, that often the female is abroad or otherwise engaged but the male would still love to meet us.
Our age difference makes us unattractive to many in any case, so we tend not to worry too much about posting more public pictures.
We love the club vibe and have had great fun so far, long may it continue. |

I (Mr) run ours. Mrs isn’t interested at all in talking to people on here she just looks at the pics if I think she’ll like someone. We don’t really meet we just go to clubs when we get the chance so this profile is pretty pointless really. |
