Needs to take a good dunking in a hot cup of tea. Doesn't break up and gives you something to suck on. Jammy dodgers just don't cut it

"Ginger Nut "

The correct answer. Not just subjectively either. You can dunk it as long you want and it just goes soft on the outside but maintains its structural integrity to stop it falling in

No breaks up in your cup if you soak it too long. Nothing worse than finding your oats can't swim

I think ginger nut is holding firm, very upright and that hint of spice. However maybe a coffee biscuit as it does need a little cream to go with it

I like those simple, old fashioned ones, like morning coffee or (rich?) tea, for dunking

"...Doesn't break up"

Actually i think finding that point where the biscuits is fully dunked, but just before it breaks off and drops in the mug is one of life's pleasures trying to find that danger point, but just saving it is where the skill lies.

Suffolk / Essex borders

Digestive...give it a push between your fingers and you find the fault line Nd then put two halves together for a dunk...no issue with half it dropping into tea or not being able to push it through the rim (oo-er)

Caramel chocolate digestive. The filling keeps the biscuits together when the structural integrity of a normal one would have failed.
