"I had a nap with my daughter this afternoon.
Feel so much better. Anyway, which one are you? You can only be one! "
At work during lunch break. I'm terrible for napping on the lunch table. |

Some days I can't help myself.
I'll get up around 7am then fall asleep on the sofa around 11am for an hour or two.
Some days I fall asleep around 5 ish, as I can't force myself to stay awake.
No nap today though |

I get about 6 hours sleep a night if I'm lucky. I need 8 to feel refreshed the next day.

I’m a champion napper. Had one earlier this afternoon. I can fall asleep within 2 minutes. The trick is to not map for more than 20 minutes otherwise you fall into a deeper sleep and feel terrible when you wake up. |

Yes I can, and have very much wanted to most days since having bloody covid.
My husband can nap anywhere, anytime. He always falls asleep on trains, and has been known to start snoring on a 10 minute journey on the bus |

Nap anywhere me.
Latest was me going into meditation mode, totally switching off, napping/falling asleep in the dentist chair while I was having 2 fillings last month |

Oh it's nothing like that. He's like a cat. They sleep in the most awkward places they can. He snoozes at the most awkward times he can, leaving me to keep the children under control when they want to run up and down the train like maniacs. |

If you mean doze off... I find it hard not to these days. Especially watching telly! Even if I'm interested in the programme I still nod off. Mind a few beers does help lol. |
