A 4 day working week.
Tell me the negative? It gives us all a 3 day weekend … all the time.
I see this as only a good thing, and as long as you can fit a 40-45 hr shift in over the four days, what is the problem? Less travelling etc…
Whoever invented working mon-Friday was stupid. |

"I cannot comment on this as I do a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. It works great for me, but I do hate have to do 12hr days "
Okay. Serious question. If your boss asked you to change to a mon-Fri 9to5, would you prefer to do that or stay as you are? |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"That’s what I’ve been doing recently. There are benefits from longer shifts and more time off.
I don’t think that a 10 hour day in offices would be productive though… "
Plenty are already doing 10 hours in offices already, productive or otherwise...

I work a four day week they are 12 hour shifts though and it's great when you get 3 days off together but that doesn't happen very often and you can often get a run of 5 or 6 days together which is exhausting. |

"Negative - 3 day weekend.
That's more eating.
More drinking.
More having to be sociable."
Or more time to get out in nature away from people and the food and the drink |
