After having a porn addiction for many years I’ve finally given it up hopefully for good. Although I did learn a lot from it. I was finding it hard to get hard and maintain an erection more and more often in sexual encounters and was relying more and more on my toys, hands and oral skills to keep the fun flowing.

I go through spells where I definitely watch more than is probably borderline healthy... I suspect for some men it's more to do with using a death grip whilst wanking that impacts on their performance vs too much porn perhaps? |

I agree with all the points above. Could be the tight grip and that desensitisation of the dick.
They’d be times I’d be fucking and not cum and then get bored go home and knock 2-5 out in one night.
I’d definitely call it an addiction.
I also think as men we lack erogenous zones and need more visual and mental stimulation.
After the porn got to be more vivid and erotic than most real life scenarios there were fewer and fewer women that could compete.
Some said it was because their bodies couldn’t compete with the porn actress. But I was watching all kinds of porn and was only those with a truly erotic mindset that could. |

Well reading this thread, I thinkI have a problem too then.
