Amazing. Feel like he would put on a great show. I'm getting googling to see if he will again in the UK

River of Dreams album came out in 1993.

Famous Last Words.. was the last song on that album .....the lyrics were.....These are the last words I have to say.

That was his last album, he was done as a recording artist, quite remarkable considering how prolific he was a song writer up to that point.

It was a fantastic show, I recall he joked about his divorce to Christie Brinkley.

Thanks for reminding me of that night.

Glad to bring you back some good memories. I was way to young then to know anything lol.

But yeah his an amazing song writer. His lyrics and music with it are golden. I've only discovered him the past few months but hooked totally.

I can't find anyone on the same level as him. Music for every mood.

I’m certainly a fan, he has so many great albums, I’m sad I haven’t ever had a chance to go see him.

I thought something had happened to him. This year has not been kind to musicians..

He is a musical legend. One of my first musicians I got I to and still love it today

Saw him at the old Wembley arena. Best concert ever been to had the crowd in the palm of his hand

My kids love him too and one is looking to go to new York this year to see him while he can

For classic album you have to throw in the stranger, so many top tunes.

I have a soft spot for cold spring Harbour. Tok me a long time to find it in days of vinyl and some beautiful tunes on it

Billy Joel wrote some of the greatest love and heartache ballads thats for sure. Billy Joel also wrote songs that raised awareness of social and political injustice.

Leningrad

The Downeaster Alexa

Goodnight Saigon

No Man's Land

We Didn't Start the Fire

I still have ‘The Bridge’ album on vinyl as my favourite track, it’s a matter of trust, is on it. Another track big man on Mulberry Street, was on an episode of Moonlighting. My favourite programme at the time when I got the album.

Great under appreciated artist.
