Training. Ironman on the 19th, so this is really the last days that training will have any real benefit. Probably do a 90km bike followed by a half marathon. 100 mile bike planned for next weekend but that will be fairly gentle, not race pace. I'll be swimming the full distance (2.4 miles) on Saturday and Sunday, but just to test out the wetsuit, not at race pace.
