"I'm far too old for this thread."
Maybe not if the older men are in their sixties or seventies? Keep positive.
OP, I'm no longer a younger woman but I do seem to prefer men older than me. |

As a few have already said (some considerably younger than I) I don’t consider myself young any longer…but do (and always have) love an older guy. And before any guys a year or do older start messaging me, I mean older as in enjoying the age gap as part of that fun x |

"I dread to think what is classed as old.
I still remember being 10,playing sensible world of soccer in the summer holidays , and being so brown due to playing swingball in the garden for hours"
Nah being old is taping the chart rundown on a mono tape recorder, being your mum and dad's physical remote control and getting excited about the launch of Channel 4
Eurghh horrible thought about guys that use remote controls a measurement device..thank god they invented them |

Demographics plays a part: for example the ageing process affects people who are white differently to those of use with darker complexions, theres an old saying “black don’t crack” because we don’t get wrinkles, even in our 50s, so healthy living such as diet and exercise can result in looking younger. Guys in their 50+ who are fat and falling apart have kinda allowed it to happen |

I have been attracted to older men since I was young. Their experience, knowledge and, I suppose, their wealth and the ability to treat me to what I wanted. It got me through my impoverished student days and early working years.
Now older men are in my age range and so it doesen't feel the same as the age difference seems irrelevant. |

I'm 29 and my usual partners (sexual and romantic) tend to be 43-52 range. Tend to find communication is easier and boundaries are set more clearly which is really helpful! Always open to a salt and pepper man |

Age is irrelevant to a degree it’s attitude to life that’s attractive. This year I have been with women in there 20’s and last week one in her 60’s. Because they all had great attitudes the sex was fantastic. |

Thank you! X
But that does raise the question of what age would a guy be considered "an older gentleman"
Of course this will always come down to prospective but as a general rule of thumb. |

Younger women interested in older men are around, but everyone I've connected with tends to find intelligence to be sexy, and they want the company of an adventurous gentleman who also knows how to respect and look after a lady both in and out of the bedroom. |

Older men and younger women does happen. I currently have a fwb and she is age 29. I'm not rich financially, but I'm rich in personality, gratitude and appreciation. That's what my fwb likes about me. |

It’s something I see, been a personal trainer for 20+ years. Guys often leave it until they are 45+ to do something, about it. People make assumptions that I must be taking steroids, etc rather than someone who is responsible. As for wrinkles, 52, and gravity hasn’t caught up with me. |

"In the interest of balance, are there younger women that enjoy meeting older men. Particularly men in their early fifties! "
My upper age limit is 15 years so that's good for older men.
Although, I'm meeting too many older men who do nothing but work and fuck and I would actually like to have a social life with them also??
Me fears that I will have to turn into a cougar for more vibrant companionship.
My parents are in their 70s and are always out socialising and I'm meeting men who are 40s and 50s who are tucked up in bed with their slippers every night of the week. lol! |

It kinda sucks really. Ideally i think an age gap of +/- 5 years is fine, but if there is a substantial age gap of 10+ years then there is a cultural/generation divide: friends, pop culture and life experiences , not to mention if there is an even wider 20+ years then life expectancy needs to be considered. |
