"Fuck me I know I’m getting old but I really want to say something to this idiot. Is it worth it ??"
Say
Hey mate, be careful. I saw someone get arrested on here yesterday. They were told they'd been watched....

"Butt out?
You've forgotten about the Kings Cross fire already?"
Wasn't the Kings Cross fire caused by neglect by TFL or whatever they were at the time- allowing a huge accumulation of rubbish to build up under an old wooden escalator?
While it was probably a cigarette that started it, basic fire safety is to remove one of the three sides of the fire triangle to reduce the likelihood of a fire starting.
Is it actually illegal to smoke on platforms- i thought they were classed as outside so not covered by restrictions? (i don't smoke and rarely endure public transport)? |

Christ, whatever happened to live and let live. Successive Governments have eroded everyones freedom to choose what to do and say. Just another example of control. I'm more offended the establishment is making a nice profit from other miserable addictions like alcohol and gambling, where people have to rely on charities for help. |

Cigarette smoke gives me nosebleeds. I'm not telling anyone to stop smoking, but it'd be lovely if I don't get a nosebleed because I'm stuck on a platform with someone who can't wait until they're elsewhere. |
