I can deal with co-op meal deals going up to £4. I can accept lidl grapes being £1.69 now instead of £1.09. I can even accept the greggs outlet putting their prices up by 5p.

What I can’t accept is HMV putting their 2 for £6 books up to 2 for £7 the books they sell are my favourites so they’ve been one of my favourite things to buy for such a while and now…it’s over! It’s ruined! My 2 for £6 books are no more.

Anyone else had their favourite thing go up in price? Those little 150ml cans of used to cost 35p…they are 65p now (or is that just my student coop)

Count Your Blessings Cottage, Gratitude Grove

I stick to takeaways and restaurants - their prices are on the menu so haven’t gone up

I didn’t realise HMV still existed.

My local co-op, have increased the price of those mini Fanta and Diet Coke cans from 35p to 40p, but the 3 for £1 still remains whoop whoop

Yep!! There’s one in Bournemouth!! And a new one opened up in Southampton a couple of months back…it seems to be making a comeback!! Even if their prices are still shockingly high
