If I did that on holiday they’d have to close and decontaminate the resort. Not everyone wants to see randomers arses, I guess it all depends on the attractiveness of the arse in question! |

You walk onto your balcony and get your kit off and turned round to find a family of four on the next balcony having a full English breakfast.
What do you do next? |

I'm totally against any kind of sexual indecency in public, I really am and I do think she's sailing close to the wind but at the same time, don't be nosing into other people's balconies and you won't see things you don't want to see, there's a woman at our gym who does this all the time, no-one takes offence they just don't stare at her nakedness.
I really don't find this comparable with the thread the other week about people fingering themselves under the table in wetherspoons |

There's absolutely nothing wrong with me it's just a body, everyone has one and I wouldn't find her doing that to be overtly sexual, you would only see anything inappropriate if you were really having a good look.
It would be like a naked man being on a balcony, I wouldn't bat an eyelid and neither would my kids to be fair, now if there was a naked man on the balcony with a raging hard on that would be a totally different matter |

"Not something I'd do.
And if I saw people doing it I'd know they were desperate attention seekers "
agreed! As with everything theres a time and place. Plus the concepts of consent (‘i did or didnt agree i wanted to see that’) and offence (‘well i’m upset at seeing that!’ vs ‘well I loved seeing that!’). Everyones reactions are different as the thread has shown.
Maybe they should specifically ask, before a stay at the hotel, wether you have an exhibitionist streak, and put those that like flashing etc, in their own part of the hotel. |

All you doom and gloomers having a pop at the OP do realise we have nudist beaches in the UK don't you ? . Being naked in your own home is not a crime or in this case a room you've rented that comes with a balcony. As already stated , nobody is twisting your neck and forcing you to look. |

Definitely wasn't us, I'm done well before the soups finished.
Time and a place. Know your audience. Don't break the law in other countries.
Seems simple enough.

Round our way when it's hot, it's hot! You often find naked people "round the corner" and there's nothing wrong with that. One dude was even sat on his front doorstep bolock naked mid afternoon, I presume because it was cooler than anywhere else in his house.
Naked is not sexual. |

No there doesn't but if it was natural freedom there would be no need for towel 'slips' and 'sneaky peeks'. |

The OP is dropping the towel and bending over to give nearby people a sneak peak. Depending on how much can be seen this could fall under intentionally exposing their genitals with the intention of someone seeing them.
What's the difference? They are still flashing their bits.

This isn’t a question of mowing into people’s balconies and intruding on their privacy. OP makes it very clear that she flashes publicly so that people can see her. |

"Anybody arrested at the naked bike ride last week? "
About 10 years ago there was a man briefly arrested on the naked bike ride in Canterbury.
I received a letter from my elderly mother, who said "apparently one man got an erection and got arrested". He was told to put his clothes on and sent home
She was quite amused by this and sent me a newspaper cutting that I still have, showing a naked man bent over pumping his tyre up. |

It *is* intentionally exposing their genitals with the intention of someone seeing them, but that isn't against UK law if they were doing it with the expectation that the viewer would enjoy the sight. It's only when intending to "alarm or distress" that it becomes illegal.
But this is irrelevant because the OP states that they were not in the UK, so who knows what rules might have applied. |

"The OP is dropping the towel and bending over to give nearby people a sneak peak. Depending on how much can be seen this could fall under intentionally exposing their genitals with the intention of someone seeing them.
It *is* intentionally exposing their genitals with the intention of someone seeing them, but that isn't against UK law if they were doing it with the expectation that the viewer would enjoy the sight. It's only when intending to "alarm or distress" that it becomes illegal.
But this is irrelevant because the OP states that they were not in the UK, so who knows what rules might have applied."
That defence would not stand up in court. No chance. Imagine me waving my cock a load of women on a night out and justifying it by saying “I thought they’d enjoy it”.
Deliberately exposing yourself to people is not cool. Can’t imagine why some people are trying to justify it |

"Anybody arrested at the naked bike ride last week?
Not at all.
As we all know, in England nudity is not illegal unless there is intent to cause alarm or distress to others.
Why did the naked rambler keep getting arrested ?"
Scotland. Different laws apply. |

Flashing and being naked are two very different things. |

Spain has very recently implied a new law, something along the lines of removing your t shirt/top wether male or female could incur a up to a 2k euro fine . maybe not on your balcony but in public areas.
True fact, e mail from my travel agent. |

"Scotland. Different laws apply."
He was arrested several times in England too. Police officers are not known for their ability to correctly interpret the law. On each occasion they apologised and he insisted on being driven back to where they had picked him up. This resulted in several more calls to the police from people demanding to know why several officers had just turfed a naked man out of their van and then driven away. |

Could be, if it is clearly obvious that you can be seen by passers-by. Particularly if it involves deliberately dropping the towel and bending over while on the balcony
Law is not black and white. Deliberate flashing is not legal |

Flashing is ok then?
And anyone who objects to flashing is a troll? |

Maybee we all take the words flashing as different. If you walk outside, get your cock/tits out to someone then no. Its wrong. But if you see a nakid person in there room then all i can say to you is stop looking if you dont like it. Move your chair so you cant see them |

This isn’t a case of someone leaving the curtains open when getting out of the shower and accidentally being seen.
As described, it is dropping the towel in the balcony (not in the room), and bending over, for the stated purpose of giving people a peak. Ie, she knows she is visible to people, that’s why she is doing It. And people are passing comments to her (“some nice comments”), so there is zero doubt.
It’s js flashing, plain and simple. |

I’m no prude, by the way. I thoroughly enjoy outdoor sex and nudity, but there is a difference between having sex where there is a risk that someone might see, and standing on a balcony making sure that people see. |

Depends where you are/what country you are in, as to whether it's a sexual offence.
In the UK, it's not. You can actually walk through town totally naked in the UK. It only becomes an offence, if someone officially complains. |

That's dangerously wrong, especially for someone who lives where you do.
In Scotland it is an offence to be naked in a public place.
In England and Wales it isn't, and it does not become an offence if somebody complains. |
