I really love the summer, and I'm disappointed this year as I feel we have only really had a couple of hours here and there of sunshine in Hertfordshire.

Normally by this time of the year we have had at least a few lovely weeks.

Yes, felt like we were getting warmed up a few weeks ago and now it’s fizzled out. June is normally good so fingers crossed!

It’s still spring and our weather is unpredictable. I think the amazing spring weather during the first lockdown in 2020 has really spoiled us!

I’m hoping for some good weather but there’s plenty of time yet so fingers crossed.

Yeh, rain is better than sun

much rather be listening to the rain on the window than hiding from the heat.

Also: you can put on more clothes but there's only so much you can take off.

Let's hope it improves, last year was the absolute worst summer I've ever seen. If this year's is as bad it might be time to start pestering the Australian govt for a visa!
