Im the same, I work from home which means a nine hour lunchbreak, so attempt to load up on things like nuts, but never works

I have this problem since working from home. I have just stopped snacking and lost 4kg in two weeks. I eat everything else as normal.

Snacking is so beautiful though.

Clean up go out for a walk, jump on a bus.

Id have said go clothes shopping and see whats there but i think temptation would beat you even on that one.

That food list shows Op is suffering from sugar highs and sugar lows. So it’s not hunger but glucose level management.

I do try to fast 12-16 hours daily as a way to stop myself snacking . Otherwise I’d be doing what Op has been doing today .

Ok. I totally understand. I'm the same. But I need to stop and so I now don't eat those things.

I always have porridge made with water and a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt stirred in. Very creamy. Eat slowly with a teaspoon. 20 minutes later, your brain is satisfied. Keep lovely crispy Kos lettuce, and cut crunchy veg available and nibble on them when you feel the urge. Crunchy vegetables take time to eat. If craving, eat crackers with peanut butter on it. Chicken, salad veg and potatoes for dinner. But say to yourself, I'm looking forward to my apple as a desert and eat it using a knife, in the lounge.

I'm suggesting this as alternative, not because I accuse anyone of being fat. However, I'm pleased to say I've lost 9 lbs in a week.

do treat your self one day a week.
