When its back up and running, complain bitterly and see what you can get as a freebie. Dont forget, you are paying for 'No Service'

I dont think I should be blamed for a nationwide poor service - but if the countryside feels this is the way forward - bring it on - I'll just log off and go and hide - (giss us a clue how long for though ....... )

They had a partial mobile broadband outage in our area last Sunday morning, coincidentally after they supposedly did network upgrading on Saturday…… !

They failed to pre-warn customers of the work or the possibility of outage, and this led to some customers thinking the problem was linked to their own equipment,,,

Slap on the wrist for network3....

In no way is ANY of this to do with them trying to get 4G up and running!!!

Have you noticed though that since they have been trying to push out 4G that the overall mobile reception strength in much of the UK has dropped?

southend

I've been with 3 for 2 years, and not had any problems with service or reception.

Only problem I had was with their Indian call centres when I wanted the adult restriction lifting.
