In my country we don't have them, but the place I work here in UK serves them, and took me more then a year to try it!!

can’t believe why so many don’t like the taste of faggots which is made from minced off-cuts of pork: heart, liver, bacon and herbs.

I remember liking them as a child so was thrilled when I saw them in Iceland a couple of years ago and swiftly purchased a box of 4. In the oven with them and even grilled the tops a bit to finish served with some homemade chips and beans, I was twelve again fir a minute. The first bite was a thirty year old memory, just how I remembered. Unfortunately the second bite they tasted like dog shit and I’ll never have them again. At least I have the memories |
