anybody tried them and managed to give up the ? buying mine in the morning after being a smoker for 40 yrs, probably wont be easy but i will beat the evil !!!!!!!!!!  |

I don't like them personally. But my mate swears by them, u can smoke indoors to lol but u have to have will power.
They confuse me, I don't get how the smoke/vapour stuff when it comes out of your mouth can not be doing you some sort of damage. But I guess its healthier than fags.

There all fairly good. The 'smoke vapour' is a water vapour not smoke. They give you a nicotine hit but not the tar and other rubbish cigarettes give you hence the reason to still need will power |

I agree with Littlebit as I found them confusing too, I got the same strong taste from them as my cigarettes and found I was 'smoking' exactly the same. I think they are okay if you use something else too and just fancy the strong flavour of a cigarette but other than that, pointless and a waste of £6 |
