The right place

It depends on who I'm going to call and what I expect to talk about.

If it's a first phone call with someone from here, I like to at least think about what I might say.

I have awful anxiety and it helps to have a plan even if it doesn't always go to plan.

No, unless it's work related. Buuut, if there's a long voice note due I'll sometimes do a quick checklist of things I want to cover because I can waffle and get rather excited and then not talk about very much at all. It's a hard life little star.
