Kin ell...how can i choose? Some i prefer to bake and give away, some i love to eat, but i love baking and maybe some will think me boring but you cant beat a good 8oz Victoria sponge, with raspberry jam and fresh cream. |

It's a James Martin recipe with cola icing too.... aparently it's nice and moist as well as lasting days(as If! I'd eat it in a day if it's that good) |

I bake a classic lemon drizzle and a coconut & lime but haven't thought to combine lemon & lime. Also do a mean coffee & walnut - don't eat cake often but the classic victoria sponge is hard to beat. Can't stand chocolate cake  |

Nigella Lawson had one too. Five minutes of Google-Fu and there are quite a few available.
Also, (slightly OT) I believe that boiling a ham in Cola is supposed to produce a fantastic result (not that I eat ham).

Because its based on a flapjack recipe and uses oats, not wheat.
Essentially its a flapjack with a jam filling. The flapjack is made with oats and ground almonds and there is a frosting layer on the top.
