Oh yes, totally love what I see, I can't walk past a mirror without taking time to enjoy my image; it does my well-being no end of good.
Conversely, I hate pictures of me. It seems that whilst mirrors love me, cameras hate me. |

So long as I don't look at my face. Had a very busy few months in work so done no exercise and I can see the 1/2 stone I've put on and don't like that.

"I wouldn’t say I love it but I like it. I know I’m nothing special but I’m me. "
I do wish the gym mirrors showed the same image as my home mirrors though. Gym lighting is the best. |

Agree the gym mirrors is definitely a thing. I’m pretty sure my guns look 2 times bigger haha . I clearly need a willy mirror made of the same material |

"When I look in the mirror I (Mr) don't see the same person when my photo is taken, I can't remember what the condition is called."
I am glad I am not the only one Lee |

Serious answer. Yeah, I'm content with what I see in the mirror. I usually look in the morning when I'm still naked, and boy do I look good. I'm not overly fond of how my caesarian scar looks, but as it gave me three healthy babies I can overlook that |

I spent years hating the reflection I saw in the mirror, in particular my stomach area. I let this impact on me mentally and emotionally.
8 weeks ago I underwent a significant operation (fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty) to remove the lose skin and reshape my stomach muscles following weight loss 8 years ago.
I now look in the mirror, I study my new tummy and I smile at my scars. I do love my new body shape and the confidence I can feel growing within me. I now find myself crying with happiness.

Occasionally I have a day where I think I look nice (my face and hair) when I look in the mirror and then I take a selfie! I think love is a bit strong - I've never loved the way I look. |

Nope, I never have and I'm not sure I ever will. I don't even like my appearance nevermind love it. But I am very accepting of myself these days, and I hope in time lots of love and appreciation can come with that acceptance too. |

"I didn't. But the more weight I lose the more I do. "
I am like this. But I’m trying to stop attaching my idea of how beautiful *I* am or how desirable *I* to things like weight.
You’re beautiful regardless, pal |

Yes I do.
I try to focus more on what my body can do than how it looks. And it can do some good stuff so I'm proud of that. And I watched myself in the mirror last night at my spin class and thought I looked really strong.
After a long run, long swim this morning, an orgasm and an afternoon nap, I did yoga. And I caught sight of myself in the mirror and thought I looked gorgeous! All glowy and lovely. |

Oh lovelies- loving ourselves is the most important part of the journey. I’m working on it too. But people assure me it takes time. Hope we all get there soon. |

I do yes
I see a person that’s decent inside and accepts my wrinkles, saggy bits and age. I like who I am as a person and my body is the vessel that carry’s me. And that makes me confident enough not to be brought down by how someone else looks at me |

"No but after joining slimming world and just lost 3.5 stone since Christmas I'm beginning to start liking what I see
That's brilliant! "
Thank you. It's not easy. It was more fun and easier putting on the weight |
