Whether losing weight, just keeping fit, training for an event/competition or sport.
How did it go?
Good, bad, indifferent, it's all work in the bank.
Penultimate week of my strength block, next week is an RPE 9 double on the 4 big lifts and that's it. Will see some good numbers, will be most I've lifted in 16 months post injury.
Going to follow with a 12-14 week hypertrophy block, another strength block after and I will be into next year ready for comp prep.
Got to squeeze in a qualifier in November to get my qualifying total for british champs but I can do that in my sleep.

Week isn't over yet. I'm currently trying to hit legs 3 times a week as they are really lagging. Not on any specific programme at the moment.
Rust is coming off with my Muay Thai training, although the standard of instruction isn't as good as im used to its the only club near me. |

Physio cardiology and mild excercise. Four times a week. Bike half hour, leg and chest press and abductor. Did something wrong on Thursday. Back in ago y ever since ;- |
