Speaking to the GP surgery on the phone. On hold for over 25 minutes. "You are in queue position 10", slowly counting down. Only to be told when I finally got through that to get a telephone consultation I had to ring first thing on Monday morning to get an appointment for the day after!
Aaaaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhh!!!!

I've wasted hours this week trying to trace 2 kids parents to inform them of what the little darlings had been up to. Turns out police have been out and saw both of them (who were still together). A week later and one adult had no idea what their darling had been up to. One family cared, the other not so much. One child "apologised" the other laughed in my face. |
