What's the hardest bit of adjusting to being back in the office?

Mine is not being able to fart at my desk

I don’t work in an office but when I first went back to work it was the realisation of how many scruffy bastards don’t wash their hands

Yeah a colleague was saying that in the kitchen at lunch today. So true!

We still haven't gone back to the office full time. I think they planned to get everyone back in, but could figure out a way to actually enforce it

I'm only doing 2 days so it's manageable. Quite like the variety as it goes.

I save my farting for my walk to and home from work, let the winds carry it away

I haven’t gone back yet thoroughly enjoying working from home for overc2 years

Best but not having to wear a suit and tie every day and just putting a smart shirt on for meetings with shorts on under the desk

Never really left mine. I do think it's ridiculous forcing people back in to the office when they've proven they can work from home very effectively.

I work for the civil service and my boss works nowhere near any of her sites so she's having to see if an office local to her has any space for her. What's the point of going in to an office you don't support?

It's all because the London offices are half empty and they want them filled.

In one day a week, I despise working from home! I also hate the office now too

‘Hot desking’ and no personal belongings around me!

I never had to work from home can’t exactly test chemicals in my kitchen, at least not legally anyway.

My place has let those who worked from home have flexible days so some come in some don’t there’s no real pressure to come in as long as they work still

Going back really freaked me out, as I don't work in an office.

Its a sore one, but he had a great time and made the most of it. Think it was really good for him mental health wise so can't grudge him it.

OMG.. The commute, walking between the 90thousand office buildings /car park... No snacks, no earl grey tea, no plant milk, no cats... Getting up 99m hours earlier to drive
