What's the best excuses some one given for not showing up to a meet ?
1 guy crashed his car twice .. lmao
Sorry I was called in to work on an emergency

Some of my best meets have been when someone has been let down and I'm they're second choice, one couple I met had been let down late at night and I just happened to be in the area, a very hot couple and plenty of fun had been had since, you know who you are |

an older guy messaged saying sorry i could not meet but had to take the budgie to the vets to get its claws clipped which cost him £15,, tole him he shold have rung its skinny neck and could have bought a new one for £5 or got 3 for that price from a pet shop in our local town centre  |

never been stood up as such .. but have been messaged saying "child has had an accident i am at hospital" Never heard from them again. Then the " i put the address in the sat nav and its took me to pershore" " where are we meeting"... err birmingham centre!! never heard from her again... then of course the classic "my husband has found out i am on the site" |

Had one last week, morning of the meet got a message to say they had a throat infection so couldn’t possibly meet as they felt to ill , ok I thought no problem we sorted out another date, then the next day showing on her verification’s that she had 2 meets the very same morning! I don’t mind if someone changes their mind but I get pissed off when people lie. |

I had one recently that claimed he’d got lost in the street. Didn’t realise we (it was a group bukkake meet) had watched him drive up, park, lose his nerve and drive away.
Another one recently got called into work last minute. Then the next time gave him a chance he (claims) he turned up 40 mins late. I turn my phone silent when fun starts so he didn’t get in. He claims he was stuck in traffic yet none of the other 6 people who came, from various directions, encountered traffic. |

Work emergency is a good catch-all and has been used a few times, though yes, it does grate when they go on to post a veri the next day.
I had someone cancel because it was raining (we were meeting in a pub, it wasn't raining in the pub), and one who I gave up on after an hour of "I'm on my way" and "fallen trees are holding me up". Weird, I drove down the same roads and had no issues at all. |

an older guy messaged saying sorry i could not meet but had to take the budgie to the vets to get its claws clipped which cost him £15,, tole him he shold have rung its skinny neck and could have bought a new one for £5 or got 3 for that price from a pet shop in our local town centre "

Arranged to meet a fairly local guy who messaged an hour before to say that he couldn't make it anymore as he didn't have any transport

But you wouldn't arrange to meet when you're on shift then cancel at the last minute.
My ex worked mad shifts so we never made plans more than three weeks in advance because that's all the shift info he had. Saw him for about 4 years and in all that time he cancelled once due to work (he moved his shifts at the last minute when an appointment came up for him to have a vasectomy). |

He was getting in a taxi and his friend had a seizure so had to accompany him to hospital. I hoped that it was just an excuse and not true.
Another left me waiting before messaging to say he had another offer and was cancelling; Irony was she bailed on him so he messaged me again to say he was now available. Told him 'yep but not to meet you, I'm no one's back up plan'

I had one tell me that she had stubbed her toe really bad and could walk or drive because of it. It did make me laugh how she got verified the next day by another guy though for the night before.
I had to cancel a meet and told them I’d fallen down the stairs. They didn’t believe me but I actually had. Got 2 broken toes, burns down my back, a dislocated ankle and a serious headache! |

Her mum was rushed into hospital having a heart attack/suspected heart attack.
A few weeks later, blew the rearranged meet out due to being in hospital herself for norovirus. The day she was discharged she flew off on holiday.
That was the end of her. |

I once crashed my car twice in a day, once in Sainsbury's . Well a woman backed into the side of my car. At least I got her insurance details then into a lamp post out side my house. Luckily enough the same side as the lady hit it.
