Leggings are made of nylon and Lycra. Trousers are made of cotton and polyester so no they're not classes as trousers and wouldn't or at least shouldn't be an acceptable form of wear in an office x |

Well it depends on the type. Black ones that are just a bit thicker than tights come under hosiery, I think. But you can get leather look ones that make you look covered enough to just wear with a normal top or blouse. Or jeggings. Or treggings. Or gym leggings, which come under workout apparel. |
