not one for normally eating breakfast as im normally in too much of a rush.
I have decided that today I will as I dont normally get chance to eat until about 3 or 4 pm.
If the adverts and dietary experts are to be believed .. I should feel energised and ready to take on the world in a way ive neva experienced before.. im looking forward to it .. has anyone else tested this out before and wot were the results ? |

I can't face food first thing but as soon as I get to work I have hot milk on cereal, I only started doing this a few months ago but it does stop me going to the choccie machine. I get to lunchtime seemingly quicker cos I'm not just thinking about lunchtime all morning
...I'm not running aroud like a 90 year old though |

Frankly I am dubious."
That's only kids who live near old nuclear reactors!
I usually have porridge with a sliced banana on it. |

I very often forget to eat. I can go an entire day without noticing.
My eating habits are dreadful. It's the main reason I'm overweight. My metabolism is shot.
It's also no good for my mental health, or my health in general.
I keep meaning to sort it out. |

I've always eaten breakfast, well since having kids and made them eat it. On the odd day I don't have anything to eat before work I find I feel crap and my brain doesn't function until I do eat. |

After substituting bread for muesli, I do feel less bloated and tired so yes I agree though my stomach wondered where toast was as I used to eat it at work and lunch is now around 11am |

Always eat breakfast and couldn't function well without so in my experience it does make me more alert and better at what I need to do. I am a grazer and eat about every two hours I get very hungry, shaky and irritable if I don't never go anywhere without food in my handbag |

ALWAYS have breakfast, even if I'm running late, even if I don't feel like it.
It has no set menu however, sometimes just a coffee, a banana and a couple of toast, sometimes something more a little substantial.
This mornings was coffee, a banana and a bowl of porridge with honey and a few raspberries.
That should see me thru til lunch |

That's cos bananas are full of very slow release carbs which is what you really need at breakfast (same as in real porridge) and not what comes in boxes from the 'cereals' aisle...
