Ok, I can answer this with my scientist head on... It is not piss.
A study was conducted in 2014 (look up "Nature and origin of "squirting" in Female sexuality" by Salama et Al) wherein 7 women who all experience squirting during sex were scanned to ensure their bladders were completely empty before sex, then we're monitored to figure out what was actually happening. Essentially, both the squirting fluid (the large quantity of odourless, colourless liquid) and the female ejaculate fluid (the thick milky fluid) flows into the bladder and is then ejaculated out via the skene glands (female prostate or g-spot) during climax. These fluids have also been analysed and found to contain prostatic acid phosphatase (which is the same enzyme in male semen that cause sperm to be motile) and also fructose which is present in sperm and provides them the energy to move). I would estimate the reason eating certain fruits can make your cum taste fruity is because fructose is a fruit sugar, and it likely is distributed to where it can be useful in the body. So the fluid females squirt is similar to semen just without gametes (sperm cells).

There's no real debate about it - in women that squirt, it's caused by the body rapidly filling the bladder with water, and then expelling it through the urethra (so, technically urine). It will happen even if you've emptied your bladder beforehand, but the urea content is usually much lower than normal urine.

Women's ejaculate is different - it's a thick white fluid that comes from the skene's glands, usually during orgasm. If you squirt during orgasm then both will mix together.
It's not "peeing" (although I'm sure some do just pee for dramatic effect, especially in porn) and it's not "incontinence" (most women that squirt are otherwise in complete control of their bladder). But it comes from the bladder and out the urethra (and if you identify the urethra you can be really mean about that knowledge  ) |
