Can you remember an interest you had in something that became a full blown hobby?
At what point do you think that happened and is it something that happens often? I have passing interests in a lot of things but very few of them actually turn into real interests and hobbies but I'm not sure why some things stick and others don't  |

I'd say investment of time and money.
Passing interests rarely spur you to splash the cash or prioritise your time, whereas hobbies definitely do.
