Have a can of Tesco brand "Sardines in a tomato sauce" in the cupboard and just noticed the allergy warning on the side...

"Contains fish"

Talk about stating the obvious!

P resume everyone heard about the guy in the USA that bought a camper-van with cruise control. He was driving along and decided he wanted a cup of coffee, so he put the cruise-control on and left the drivers seat while still in motion to put the kettle on. Needless to say the van crashed!!, He sued the makers for not warning him that the van could steer itself on cruise-control. HE WON!!! only in America!!

Yes, true, they have to put a warning on all vehicles now with cruise control that it doesn't actually drive itself! Z

A packet of nuts I had a few months ago had a warning on them. It didn't say "may contain nuts".

It said "due to manufacturing methods this product may not be suitable for those with an allergy to nuts".

Manufacturing methods?

Unless they mean the method was putting nuts into a bag, I'd think the fact it was a bag of nuts would be more of a concern to those with a nut allergy.

Madness!
