I use Elocon cream on prescription from my doc but can’t use on face and I avoid using softener products in all my laundry and use non biological washing liquid for my bedding.

The only things I’ve found help me personally are; cutting down on dairy, Sunbed, oilatum baths, servo ointment and enstilar foam.

I lived with someone who had it. She took tar baths and had UV treatment on the NHS.

The treatment available is dependant upon severity but your dermatologist should prescribe your ongoing treatment

As a fellow sufferer, for me the most important thing is keeping my stress levels down and naked sunbathing lol. I'm also careful with which soaps/washing powders I use. If you can face it, it might be worth looking at which foods may trigger an outbreak - the list is long.

Hope this helps

It does yes. But the waiting times are long, constantly back and forth between your GP and the dermatologist. UV therapy at the hospital is a long drawn out process. Sometimes others may have some things they’ve found have worked for them that others may find useful. X

Very true but what works for them may just make yours worse!

Yep Enstilar is great for the body but maybe betnovate if it's on your scalp.

(Mrs) I finished the uv therapy at hospital which although was a faff going 3 times a week for 10 weeks it worked wonders and almost completely cleared it at the beginning of the year but unfortunately it’s already coming back the same. Hope you find something to help x
