From the land of haribos.

I watched an epic transformation of someone who lost 47lbs and now after hard training and dieting have a 6pack, here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32TgO3aMFvYis

His coach interviewed him on his journey and they talk about different strategies on how to get fit and to stay in shape, what do you think makes a good diet? Consistency pays of and is the key

Another good advice was to, not to start with a big deficit, but rather do it more slowly, as you dont want to lose to much muscle in the process

The take home message from it was that, one should enjoy the process without feeling like one is suffering out on a diet

Yes, the best tip when starting out is to take it slowly and have a small deficit and as the time goes increase it and with harder training

You can still have the bread as it is all about calories in v out, the key is to cut down on it slowly, not all at once there

Update..... I'm down 5 pounds!!!!

Just being a bit more sensible. Not having a fry, avoiding cakes etc which I know is obvious but previously if they were there I'd eat them. On holls in 8 weeks. If I can drop another 5 pounds by then, which is not a huge target, I'll be over the moon.

Jack. Now 230 pounds.
