How often should you or could you have sex before you can state you have a active sex life?
Daily? Weekly? Bi-annualy?
I don’t feel I have a sex life, I accepted it a while back but it just hit me recently that I don’t have one, others are probably like me, but I’m not sure what I’m or people are supposed to expect to class as a healthy amount.
(I know some will say too much is an unhealthy addiction, but that’s not my question)

It depends. I would love it every day, several times a day sometimes, but sadly that's not possible. Varies from once a,week to every few weeks to every few months, depends on what else I'm doing in my life and the time I have to meet since I don't have a partner. |

I would say once a week. This apparently is the average for married couples. I class active as something that is regular, whether that's every day, 3 times a week, or once a week. |

Im having sex far less often now days, my ex is very very kinky we probably have sex once a month, the energy is amazing.
Ive met 2 this year via fab after talking for what seems ages and the sex hasnt worked for me.
Id sooner have mind blowing and irregular than regular and 'meh'  |

At least weekly would be about a decent standard I think, if you average it out I’m probably averaging about fortnightly so I know I’m getting more than some, but not as much as I’d like .. |

You should definitely enjoy it everytime, but as for the amount, I work away for 3 weeks at a time so it's a feast or a famine. It's never far away when we're together - 3 times a day sort of level.

For me I often go 2-3 weeks without when I’m not in the U.K. and it’s fine, I focus on other hobbies, but if I’m here & seeing someone I can enjoy it every single day and not get bored |

Should enjoy sex every time (otherwise what’s the point  ). I have a ridiculously high sex drive and would like to have sex every day, but as my circumstances prevent that actually happening, so I make do with every other weekend   |

Hi op. I don’t have sex as often as I’d like (not got the elusive very regular fwb yet) - but when I have it I bloody love it.
I’ve probably had sex about once a month on average this year - but with excellent lovers who can go for hours - and then again the next morning - so the tank gets ‘topped up’ as it were!  |

Realistically I would say active is a couple of times a week for me. I'm generally pretty happy with that amount, even if there's some weeks with none and others with more. Less than once a month is when I start to get a little sad. |

I think it's having sex when you can as a couple. Some weeks that means you have loads another not so much because of work and kids. I think it's when there's a drive to want sex with each other even if you can't. |
